The unfortunate reality is wildfires are striking cities/towns/neighborhoods never previously thought to be vulnerable, such as Lahaina HI, Napa CA, Paradise CA & Oakland Hills. Simultaneously, major insurance companies are raising rates, placing caps, pausing new policies or just getting out of California completely. Southern Californians are all too familiar with these disasters, fire departments are overwhelmed when the fire event suddenly hits. More and more, we have to protect ourselves and property.

We specialize in the application of a safe, colorless, harmless, long-term fire retardant (L.T.R.) around your home and property perimeter, approved by the US Department of Agriculture and the US Forest Service in 2018, the product is called Phos-Chek Fortify.
Phos-Chek Fortify builds on 60 years of proven retardant effectiveness. PC Fortify incorporates VISMOTECH technology, a hydrogel platform developed by Stanford University and M.I.T.
A single annual application will provide enhanced adherence to vegetation/brush fire. It can be applied on flammable vegetation and cellulosic material early in the fire season before a wildfire approaches and provides ongoing protection, remaining effective until a significant rain event of 1-2 inches.
With our experienced and knowledgeable team we also assist in fortifying your home with customized portable reliant Honda water pump(s), professional standard fire hose, nozzles, heavy duty sprinklers and all tools and equipment as needed. Hopefully utilizing a swimming pool or water tank or other water sources. We would also include periodic startup and inspection of pump motor and equipment, with one on one instruction on the use of the equipment
